1. Introduction
These Supplemental Terms of Service ("Supplemental Terms") apply to specific features, services, or products offered by SearchOne ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms supplement and are in addition to our main Terms of Service.
In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and our main Terms of Service, these Supplemental Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific services covered herein.
2. API Services
2.1 API Usage Limits
- API calls are subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan
- Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary service suspension
- We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice
- Bulk API usage requires prior approval for enterprise accounts
2.2 API Key Security
- You are responsible for securing your API keys
- API keys must not be exposed in client-side code
- Unauthorized use of your API key is your responsibility
- Report compromised API keys immediately
2.3 API Data Usage
- API data is provided for your internal business use only
- Redistribution of API data requires written permission
- Data caching is limited to 24 hours unless otherwise specified
- Commercial resale of API data is prohibited
3. Enterprise Services
3.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Enterprise customers receive 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Planned maintenance will be scheduled with 48-hour notice
- SLA credits apply for downtime exceeding guaranteed levels
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
3.2 Custom Integrations
- Custom integration development requires separate agreement
- Integration specifications must be approved in writing
- Additional fees may apply for complex integrations
- Maintenance and updates are subject to separate terms
3.3 White-Label Services
- White-label branding requires enterprise subscription
- Custom branding elements must comply with our guidelines
- You are responsible for your branded service support
- SearchOne attribution may be required in certain contexts
4. Beta and Experimental Features
4.1 Beta Program Participation
- Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties
- Beta features may be discontinued without notice
- Feedback and bug reports are encouraged but not required
- Beta data may not be preserved when features are discontinued
4.2 Experimental Features
- Experimental features are not covered by SLA guarantees
- Performance and reliability may vary significantly
- Features may change functionality without notice
- Not recommended for production or critical use cases
5. Data Processing and Analytics
5.1 Website Analysis Services
- You must have authorization to analyze submitted websites
- Analysis results are based on publicly available information
- We are not responsible for accuracy of third-party data
- Analysis frequency may be limited based on your plan
5.2 Competitive Analysis
- Competitive data is derived from public sources only
- We do not guarantee completeness of competitive insights
- Use of competitive data must comply with applicable laws
- Sharing competitive reports requires proper attribution
6. Third-Party Integrations
6.1 Supported Platforms
- Integration availability depends on third-party API access
- We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions
- Integration features may change based on platform updates
- Additional authentication may be required for some platforms
6.2 Data Synchronization
- Sync frequency varies by integration and plan level
- Historical data availability depends on third-party retention
- Sync errors may require manual intervention
- We are not liable for data sync delays or failures
7. Compliance and Regulatory

8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any supplemental service with reasonable notice. For paid services, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes that adversely affect functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
In addition to the limitations set forth in our main Terms of Service, our liability for supplemental services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Updates to Supplemental Terms
We may update these Supplemental Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our service notifications or email. Continued use of supplemental services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
